Refund Policy Return of Goods – Contract Withdrawal

  1. Definition of Terms:
    • Buyer: Refers to any person who has submitted a fully completed electronic order form provided on the Seller's website and purchases goods for the purpose of personal consumption by individuals and not for business purposes.
    • Seller: Lumatix, Ltd., Záhradnícka 93, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID: 45 995 061, VAT ID: SK2023199079, Registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Bratislava III, Section Sro, file no. 84741/B.
  2. In accordance with provision § 7 paragraph 6 of the law no. 102/2014 Z. z., the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods. It is essential that the Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the contract is delivered to the Seller within the specified period. Only a consumer - a natural person - has the right to withdraw from the contract by law. Legal entities or entrepreneurs, e.g., a self-employed person buying goods "under Company ID," do not have this right.
  3. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement within a 30-day period: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (even after the 14-day period) within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Withdrawal from the contract within a 30-day period is only possible for the first purchase. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to subsequent purchases.
  4. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods by sending them through one of the courier services (for example, Slovak Post, mail package) at their own expense to the Seller's address:

  5. When returning goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller. Goods sent cash on delivery will not be accepted by the Seller but will instead be returned to the Buyer at their expense. If the Buyer exercises their right to return the goods, the goods must be undamaged. A sample withdrawal form is available here: link.The Seller will inspect the returned goods. If the goods are returned undamaged, the Seller will refund the purchase price paid by the Buyer within 14 days of the goods' receipt, transferring the amount to the Buyer's bank account. If the returned goods are damaged in any way, the Seller reserves the right to claim compensation, which they are entitled to offset against the purchase price. This does not apply if the goods were returned due to defects covered by the warranty.
