With every step: your foot lands → the water in the capsule gently shifts → pressure is distributed over a larger surface area → your foot is not burdened at a single point.

MEDICOVI® insoles are developed in Slovakia and Denmark, produced in Slovakia. The materials used meet the requirements for health harmlessness and durability. We purchase materials exclusively from verified and certified production partners from Slovakia and the EU.

Yes. MEDICOVI® insoles are designed for all-day wear. If you do not yet have experience with insoles, we recommend starting with shorter wear and gradually extending the time — this is a natural adaptation for the body.

Experiences vary. Some customers feel greater comfort after just a few days, while for others, it is a gradual change with regular wear.
