Ultra-thin and flat profile

Ultra-thin 2 mm profile and 3/4 cut: The water capsule, with a uniform thickness of just 2 mm, ends before the toes. It provides targeted, hydraulic cushioning directly under the balls of the feet, without extending under the toes or reducing space in the toe of the shoe.

Extended forefoot without artificial arch support: The insole has no hard, plastic construction. The front part of the capsule is anatomically widened to precisely cover the entire width of the forefoot, evenly distribute pressure, and keep the foot in its natural plane.

Compatibility: What footwear are they suitable for?

SUITABLE FOR:

  • Heels and heeled shoes: Perfect for classic heels that are not too narrow at the front. The water layer mechanically relieves the enormous pressure on the balls of the feet that occurs when walking in heels, and the 3/4 cut does not reduce toe space.
  • Summer and open-toe footwear: Sandals and flip-flops. Thanks to the 3/4 cut, which ends before the toes, the insole does not protrude at all in open-toe shoes.
  • Elegant and everyday footwear: Ballet flats, low-cut city shoes, trainers and sneakers, where hydraulic shock absorption directly under the forefoot is essential.
  • Barefoot footwear: Thanks to the widened forefoot and 3/4 cut, they perfectly fit the wide shape of barefoot shoes. They do not extend under the toes, thus preserving their natural freedom and splay (toe splay), while the ultra-thin 2 mm profile protects against hard impacts from concrete without losing flexibility.

UNSUITABLE FOR:

  • Extremely narrow and pointed heels: If the front part of the shoe is too tight, the widened water capsule of the H20 model will not fit dimensionally without creasing.
  • Heavy construction and sturdy safety footwear: Heavy-duty work boots with steel toes require thick industrial insoles, not a thin 2 mm profile.
Sizes and customisation by trimming

Available sizes: Standard European double sizes: 34-35, 36-37, 38-39, 40-41, 42-43, 44-45, 46-47.

Where you CAN trim: The front third of the insole (toe area) is completely water-free. On the white underside, there are precise cutting lines (e.g. 42-8, 43-8). Here you can shorten the insole with scissors, both in length and at the sides, to customise it to the shape of your shoe's toe.

Where you MUST NOT trim: Never trim the side edges or the heel! That's where the hermetically sealed hydraulic chamber is located. If it is damaged, water will leak out.

Instructions for correct use

If possible, remove the original insole from your shoe. For sandals and summer footwear where the insole cannot be removed, simply place the Medicovi insoles directly on top of it.

For closed shoes, place the original insole against the Medicovi T40 (align them at the heels) and trim the front, water-free part of the Medicovi insole to match the shape of the original.

Insert the insole into the shoe with the black, fabric side facing upwards (the white side with the visible hydrodynamic relief should face downwards, towards the sole).
