How to Accurately Measure Your Foot

To ensure the effectiveness of Medicovi orthopedic insoles, it's crucial that the size of the insole matches the actual length of your foot rather than the size and numbering of your shoes. These insoles are designed to actively work with the muscles and tendons of the feet, so accurate sizing is essential for their proper function.

Before placing an order, we recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe. Compare this measurement in centimeters with the size chart provided on this page for each type of insole.

Example of How to Measure Foot Length

Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your insoles and stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

Mark: Use a pencil to mark where your longest toe ends on the paper. Be sure to keep the pencil upright and perpendicular to the paper for the most accurate measurement.

Measure: Remove your foot and use a ruler or tape measure to measure from the edge of the paper that was against the wall to the mark you made. Record this distance in centimeters.
