I have plantar fasciitis and I love these inserts. They are nice and thick, providing comfortable cushioning in my sneakers. I also tried the Medicovi work boot ones, but these are so much better because they are noticeably thicker. They are really easy to cut down with guide lines to help you. Definitely worth the money.

How to Accurately Measure Your Foot

To ensure the best fit and effectiveness of your insoles, it's important that the insole size matches the actual length of your foot, rather than your shoe size. These insoles are designed to support the muscles and tendons in your feet, so accurate sizing is essential for proper function. Before ordering, measure your foot from heel to toe and compare the measurement in centimeters with the size chart provided for each type of insole.

Example of How to Measure Foot Length

Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your insoles and stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

Mark: Use a pencil to mark where your longest toe ends on the paper. Be sure to keep the pencil upright and perpendicular to the paper for the most accurate measurement.

Measure: Remove your foot and use a ruler or tape measure to measure from the edge of the paper that was against the wall to the mark you made. Record this distance in centimeters.
