How to Accurately Measure Your Foot

For Medicovi insoles to work effectively, it's important that the insole size matches the actual length of your foot, not just the shoe size. These insoles are designed to support the muscles and tendons in your feet, so accurate sizing is key. Before ordering, measure your foot from heel to toe and compare the length in centimeters with the size chart provided on this page.

Example of How to Measure Foot Length

Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your insoles and stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

Mark: Use a pencil to mark where your longest toe ends on the paper. Be sure to keep the pencil upright and perpendicular to the paper for the most accurate measurement.

Measure: Remove your foot and use a ruler or tape measure to measure from the edge of the paper that was against the wall to the mark you made. Record this distance in centimeters.
